DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Some! We ship a very few items worldwide like all T-Shirts & iPhone Cases. At the moment ShakeyPods, ShakeyShoes, and ShakeyLEDS are NOT worldwide shipping yet ONLY U.S. We ensure to make every customers shopping experience with us an enjoyable one.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order. We ship some products worldwideFor domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 3 to 5 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days. We are not responsible for lost packages. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days upon placing your order, to have your order processed. Our facility will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive your tracking number, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. Orders take 7-14 business to deliver after they have been shipped.

HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Simply find the product you want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I GET IN ONE ORDER?

You are only allowed 1 free different item per order, but you can order SEPARATELY multiple times to get multiple free items. Everything is FREE on "FREE SALE" while supplies last!

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT?

We are unable to offer refunds, or returns. All sales are final. Please note, ShakeyFam reserves the right to refuse all returns, exchanges, reshipments and refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damage, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email for exchange only.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE WITH YOUR WEBSITE?

Of course! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon the purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
